Complete a 45 min. full assessment of your current and past diet habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, stress levels, hydration levels, weight history and more. This will help us develop a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals!

We'll take a slow and steady approach to making small, realistic, but impactful changes to your lifestyle over time. Each week we'll reflect on the week prior and plan for the week ahead with nutrition, exercise and navigating challenges.

Use the gethealthie app to journal your food with photos, track your weight and your exercise. Tracking your progress is an important part of learning about how your body responds to changes and being mindful of your choices.

Stay connected through the HIPAA compliant and confidential gethealthie app. Receive on-going feedback on your journals, get your questions answered on the go and receive the support and accountability you need to be successful!
