What it does do is encourage you to take one action every day towards improving your health. It can be something to improve your nutrition, activity, sleep, hydration, or general well-being.
For those really looking for a challenge it can be combined with a “dry January” challenge (no alcohol)!
A healthy lifestyle is built over time, repeating small healthy actions day in and day out. Sometimes it takes a little nudge, effort and encouragement to start in that direction.
